if i get the hardtop for the s2000 can i still go convertible? and how?

might as well just get the convertible to being with...a convertible s2000 would be easier to find i would believe...IMO a hard top s2000 looks better

but if i was to get a hardtop, should ijust get the honda factory installed one or an aftermarket? and also, are you saying hardtops can go convertible at times if i want to like by removing it manually or no?

its never IMPOSSIBLE to do a hard top to drop top conversion but its complicating with lots of work, time, and money...not worth it...pick which one you want from the very beginning

I say buy the convertible and then get the mugen hardtop.

WTH is everyone talking about? Buy the hardtop (aftermarket or OEM) and get the optional stand for it (it will make removal easier and safer) and take it off whenever you feel like it. It only weighs about 40lbs.

Exactly. The hard top goes on after you've fully retracted the soft top. You can take the hardtop off at anytime and go topless, or put the softop back up. The only problem is I think it's a pain in the a$$ to take the hardtop on and off.
