1986 Trooper 2.3L Gas engine.

Put it in the shop for a tune up, new rubber bushings in the springs and new shocks.

Carb was very dirty so the machanic pulled it and in the process managed to break an electric solonid that mounts on the front passanger side of the car. The rear of the carb same side has another that lookes the same.

The part is not availabe in La Paz. The machnic has fixed it so that is is open all the time. He said it was a vapor drain from the Carb. that allows the vapor to return to a canister and after the vapor condenses is passed into the carb a second time.

I need to know what the part is in English so I can have someone buy one in the states and bring it here.

I sure would like to find a parts break down on the internet. I've found some pictures but not of the Carb.
