Someone please help me!!!! I just bought a 95 volkswagon passat, I started it up today and it ran fine, then i shut it off and started it back up. then an hour later it wouldnt start. The battery is fine. The ignition also locked up and the key wont turn at all. could it be the alarm? the starter? someone please help me i need my car to get to work. :banghead:

like it wont let you turn the key foward to the start/run position?
