I've been looking at the different versions of the Angel Eyes headlights and noticed the one says chrome housing/ion blue lens. What exactly does the ion blue lens do? Is it just a blue tinted lens? How does it effect light output, and does it effect light color of the bulb in that fixture. Also, what size bulbs does the headlights take in each fixture? Sorry about all the questions, I just wanted to get them all out of the way now.

I can help you with a few questions, but the blue ion lenses is just basically a blue tinted lense. It give the headlight a bluish tint and that is about it.

Also, the only angel eyes with ion lenses that Nopi sells advertise a gold beam. Does this mean the beam is a gold color regardless of what bulb is installed? I don't like the look of the gold beams, so obviously wouldn't like that.
