I have a problem with the steering wheel buttons.

The Radio Volume, Heat, and radio channels do not work at all.

I checked all the fuses all fine.

Does anyone know what the problem is??

DO you have an aftermarket stereo head installed? The steering wheel controls won't work with aftermarket stereo.

Do you have an aftermarket remote starter in the car? They have to bypass the igntion key resistor circuit to get a remote starter to work so maybe the steering wheel controls were disconnected at the same time to get the remote starter working.

Aftermarket alarm system? Auxilliary lighting? Anything electrical at all that did not come directly from GM?? Sometimes aftermarket installers or previous owners do a real hack and slash job on the electrical system to get what they just installed to work properly.
