awhile ago, i had a run in with a mustang cobra that i had to try and catch up to because of my slow delay.
well this was similar but more extreme, just driving down the highway at normal speeds, a evo-8 pulls up along side of me. i look at him and bam he hits it wot. me stunned by this did not react fast enough and downshifted to third, by the time i did so, he was already about 5 cars ahead of me from his start.
i then hit the gas and the vr4 pulls stronger than it ever has in the history of me owning it.
in the amount of i'd say 3 seconds i was puling my cars back at a good pace, one car goes away then 2, i shift to 4th at 125mph and i'm about 2 and a half cars behind him, and suddenly traffic ahead.
we slow down and i get around some cars, we get another opening and i give him some bov sounds and jerks to let him know lets go again. he's not willing to run and i then just cruise away at a fast pace and he stays behind(most likely because he seen me gaining on him on the first catch up game) either that or because he thought he killed me, wich he did but with a horrible sneak attack thats not at all fair, but it was a fun run.......no win no loss.

i then run into a 240sx later on tonight and thought nothing of it, he then jumps in front of me and plays some "come get me" games with his car. i pull up on the side of him and let of the sound of the bov thinking he'd hear it and think"never mind". but instead he does the same back:uhoh:
i just heard a turbo and a wierd sounding bov, one that i've heard some wrx's use
he starts picking up the speed and then he gets on it as i'm following right behind him
i'm in 4th and i can see that this is gonna be a easy kill because he wasnt gaining any cars on me while i'm punching it in 4th gear. so i proceed to downshift at aobut 95mph to third and destroy him by coming from 2 cars behind and putting him 2 cars behind me by the time i got to 125mph.

sadly enough he gives me the ricer flyby, i guess mad cause he lost

Good kill on the 240. I'm sure you'd beat an Evo from a roll, as I use to own one, and they suck from a roll. Not too sure about a dig race though, as they are lighter then your car.

yeah i ran next to a sti once and it was slowly pulling on me down low from around 15mph-80

and the sti and evo are pretty similar so i['m sure the evo would do the same

but i must say, i'm glad you went back to the LS1
