hi folks- new here.

looking for assistance with middle '80s olds wheel compatibility. i'll explain-

i have an 86 ciera coupe with 14 inch wheels(front wheel drive).

i have access to the wheels off a donor mid/late 80's delta 88. 14 inch alloy wheels and also a front wheel driver.

question- will the 88 14 inch wheels work on my ciera?????

i'm thinking yes, the price is outstanding and provided they run out true, i'm inclined to go for it. but i'd feel more comfortable with expert advice!

thanks in advance.......lakeside

Theres a good chance the 88 wheels will fit on your Ciera. All the 88 wheels from that era have a 115mm bolt circle. Most of the Cieras did too, but a lot of them had the smaller 100mm pattern which was used on Cavaliers, Grand Ams, etc. If your Ciera has the 115mm pattern, then youre in luck because the wheels will be a direct fit.

The easiest way to tell is to measure from the center of one lugnut, to the center of a lugnut thats two away. If it measures about 3 3/4 inches, then you have the 100mm pattern. If it measures about 4 1/4 inches, then youre in luck because you have the 115mm pattern.
