I saw a post to that in the dsmlink forums. The sad thing is a bet at least 10 people have bought it.

EDIT---> This isn't the first auction that he has done for this CD-ROM. So that makes me think he's burning copies,and if what he says is true and really is the data logging software, then he is flat out stealing.
