keith black hypereutectic pistons Qmackamitsu 02-02-2006, 09:53 AM Has anyone here used them?? And are they worth it? I'm building a 383 stroker with the kb 100 pistons and a ballpark 10:1 comp ratio. Haven't ordered the pistons yet, but this is what I am thinking of going with. silicon212 02-02-2006, 10:33 AM I use them in my engine, where they have a quarter million miles on them. Mine, however, are the .020 over reverse-domes (22cc) used with closed-chamber 64cc heads on a 350 for approx. 9:1 compression. I recommend 'em. mackamitsu 02-04-2006, 09:50 AM thanks smokinhydes1 02-07-2006, 09:21 PM Let the engine warm up before you put it under load though, they rattle a little when cold. Not like forged, but some. They work great and live long as long as you WARM HER UP BEFORE DRIVING!!!! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
