I've searched for this problem in the forums already, but nothing turned up for the 93 lumina.

My drivers side door lock is retarded, the lock works fine if you close the door and manually lock it and then manually unlock it and open it up. But when I put my car in drive, the bugger won't come unlocked. Manually or otherwise.

What I'd like to know is if it's possible to just remove that brown fake wooden trim piece around the inside handle and lock to have a look around?
