What were the signs of the broken mount? Did it make any noise in the left front? Thanks

Have someone in the car with their foot on the brake move the car from park, to rev, to drive and back and see if the motor jumps around alot. If so, you have a bad mount(s). Bad mounts can cause a clunking noise or other noises from parts binding if it's really bad.

Where are the trans mounts and how hard are they to replace.. Lets say on a 92' 3.1L :)
