Removing the radio.....

You first need to remove the ashtray. Start at the top, gently pry off the console molding using a flat head screw driver. Once you get the top off, the rest of the cosole will come out by pressing down and pulling out at the same time. Then, you'll see the radio exposed, there are some screws around the radio which you can unscrew and pull out the radio unit, you'll have to unplug the speaker wire from the radio to remove it entirely. **TIP** Have the replacement radio ready to go so that you'll know which wires go where.
Accessing the Rear Speakers....

The bottom seats lift up and out with a little effort. You then have to take a socket and remove the rear seat back. Pry the seats away at the side with your hand a little bit and down in there you will see the bolt head. There is one on each side of the seat back. After you get that seat back out of there you will see that you can access the speakers by lifting up the deck lid.

good luck,
