i've searched and posted on 2 other forums about this, and i'm not getting much help and i'm about to give up. i cant get the connectors to the sensors on the trans apart if my life depended on it. i drained the trans, took out the driveshaft, slave, and shifter. the only thing keeping me from finishing the job is these gay connectors.

is there anyway i can remove the harness to the trans or could i just take the sensors out? that sounds like it'd be a bad idea but it seems like the last possible thing i can do about them. i havent been able to drive the 240 in almost 2 weeks and its killing me. missed so many good oppurtunities to go drifting too... this is so gay, please help.

The connectors shoudl come right apart.

From my expirience with gay plastic connectors... it is always much easier than you think. Just take your time and examine the connectors to find out how they come apart.

yeah, same here. Sometimes ill try and try, then look to find i was just doing it wrong. Then it only takes a easy click once i figure out how it really comes apart. You might need a pick if you cant get part of the clip apart also.

if it's that hard cut the wires and crimp them back together lol

just don't break the locks(little piece u have to lift up) or you will have to use a ziptie to hold the connector back together securely

ziptie for holding connectors togethor is wack!!lol. id just buy new connectors or cut/crimp wires if it was that hard.

i gave up and took it to a shop. turns out the flywheel i ordered doesnt fit anyway... kinda gay, would of had it back today but no, there had to be another problem so i cant drift with the guys tonight... but yeah, thanks for the advice anyway. i'll keep it in mind when my clutch goes out next time... didnt even think about recrimping the wires.
