Location of Turn Signal Flasherjsnowbordr47 01-29-2006, 04:51 AM I got an 89 with no turn signals, they were actually working for a bit, but then stopped. Someone recommended I change the Turn Signal Flasher, where is this located? Is it under the dashboard or is it in the fuse box. In my fuse box theres a port for a some type of cylinder, would this be it? KimMG 01-30-2006, 01:25 AM Could be. Corey170 02-25-2006, 10:41 AM should be right where your right knee sits while driving (drivers side). it looks liek a silver, steel cylinder. the port in your fuse box is for your hazard flasher shelbsassy 03-16-2006, 11:37 AM I had this same problem in the 93 Mustang - not sure if this is your issue but the Hazards work, turn signals didnt - checked bulbs and fuses, all fine. Apparently the Chiltons manual is wrong - the Turn signal flasher/relay is not on the driver side, it is actuallly located on passenger side - pop open the glove box and then push the taps on the side down. Look to your left and there will be a round thing with 2 wires in it. That is the 12v control to the signals flashers. You can get a replacement at Autozone (they are always in stock number EL-11) for 8.99. Pop it back in and you are in business. ShelBsassy Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
