Is it possible to put a cold air intake for a 3.0L engine on a 2.7L engine?

Alrite...well Injen it can't be done because of the connectors it requires...They were really tight to use on my 3.0 so I used AEM...Had them both plus a GL Tork one (custom company in canada) AEM works best, Fit mine perfectly so I would go with the AEM, I don't see it being a problem...let me know how it goes though man
