Ive been restoring a 1972 zundapp dirtbike that was my dads. Even after sitting in a shed up north for over 22 years it cranked up and runs strong with all of the original parts. Gas was left in the tank so it was rusted up but I used some acid, coke, and bb's and cleaned it out a little and just run a little filter just in case. Anyways its just a little 125 cc motor but this thing screams!! My dad says that he used to enter the 250cc class motorcross races and he would beat everyone to the first corner. He backed off then because the first corner is usually where everyone crashes into each other.
Its got a 6 speed gear box too :) But im just so surprised that this bike is in almost perfect condition for being 34 years old. Those germans can really build stuff...
