2002 Explorer O2 Sensor Location

Does anyone out there know where the bank 1, sensor 1, O2 sensor is located on a 2002 Explorer with a 4L V6? Is bank 1 the driver or passenger side of the engin and is sensor 1 before or after the convertor?

Bank 1 sensor 1 is the passenger side in front of the converter.
