I have a '99 Suburban and the front passenger door lock is stuck. My son went to close the door and it wouldn't close, it was like something was in the way for the door to close. The latch that locks on the door was stuck. I tried to push it down so it would allow the door to close, but it will not budge. I sprayed some grease on it, pryed on it, started the truck locked and unlocked it, I can hear it clicking, but the latch does not move. I checked the back door and the latch moved up and down, and then it too stuck, now neither one of the doors will close.

Help!!! Anyone have any ideas how to fix this, or what is wrong with it??

I have 3 boys and this has happened to me many times. Grab a small, flat-head screw driver and push a square looking button above the lever on the door. The square button is closest to the outside of the door. Hopefully, you've already cured this problem. Usually, I just use the end of my key to accomplish this. Good Luck!
