Carbon Fouling in Throttle BodyMC Elmo 01-24-2006, 09:38 PM Guys, What is the best way to gain access to the throttle body? Should I remove the engine cover? I searched before posting about the throttle body. It seems that using a cleaner will work fine. After that, I'll change the oil and filter. I have a 2000 Astro with 75,000 miles on it. I just replaced the serpentine belt and belt tensioner. Silence is wonderful! :) The next item is to fix the sticking throttle and replace the door speakers (only for better sound). Thanks in advance, MC Elmo sreve 01-27-2006, 10:55 PM remove the dog house. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
