Driving knobs

I was wondering whether or not anyone knows about driving knobs?

at first they were introduced as quadraplegic knobs for those who are disabled and have no hands, and so the knob was introduced. it's basically a small wheel attached to the steering wheel of a car, and there are ball bearings so you can hold on to the knob and turn and park and do all sorts of turning with just one hand!

anyways i just wanted to know if anyone was interested, PM me for pics and more info.

You can pick them up most anywhere, but you wont have as much control over the car as opposed to having 1 or both hands in full contact with the wheel...

I want to know who in the HELL thought that the 10 and 2 idea gives you the most control over a vehicle. for me (when I'm racing) I use one hand on the very top of the wheel.
