My electric locks will lock but not unlock. I know they work, so the wiring and the mechanism is good. I took the door moldings off, but the lock mechanism is hidden in the metal frame in the door and is hard to see or get to. Wasnt sure if it needed like greased or replaced.

When i got my Lumi, half worked, other half didnt, a good spraying of all inside parts with WD40, and working the lock switch cured it

sometimes the contact on the switches get dirty. You can take the switch apart. Just take your time, there are sme small springs in there. Clean the contacts. I have done this on my window swtiches a few times. i was amazed how dirty they get.

Usually when I lock my doors, the switch will push in and everything works, but if yours doesn't "push in" or move at all, you can try disassembling the lock switch and cleaning the contacts, or just run out to a junkyard and grab a new switch assembly (it's square) for really cheap.

If the switch "pushes in" but doesn't function, or if this problem occurs all all four doors, check the CSTY fuse in the glove box.
