i own a 94 LX and i recently changed my corner bulbs to hyper whites. now the bulbs are all good except now when i turn on my parking lights just one of the bulbs isnt working. when i turn all the lights off then it decides to come on. obviously this isnt how its supposed to work... any suggestions?

Check the rating for the new bulbs. They are probably of a different wattages.
