JL Audio Happy but need a lil insight.......

I just went crazy recently and bought all new gear for my 2003 ford ranger ext cab. I purchased all JL Audio Equip as follows:
Evolution XR570-CSi
Evolution XR570-CXi
Slash Series 300/4 Amp
Slash Series 500/1 Amp
2x 12W3v2-D2 Subs

My problem is im not sure what the best kind of box I should go with for my ranger. I have the carpentry skills to build the box. Just not the knowledge to what type of box works best with my particular speakers. Any help would be appreciated on this system and any advice on connection of the system or better methods is always welcome.

hahaha, i pity you. the price you pait for all that is probably 3-4 times what i paid for all mine. i know i will be louder and i bet i will sound better too.

anyway. im no JL expert but w3v2's seem to preform well in smaller vented enclosures.

BTW, look at JL reccomended specs ;)

everyone says they are dead on.

i'd recomend a ported box, 32Hz. also depends on what kinda sound you're looking for. check out www.bcae1.com (http://www.bcae1.com), chapter 110ish, should have some helpful applets there.
