1 Source Auto Warranty liquidation!

In the summer of 2005, I purchased a warranty from 1 Source Auto Warranty. I wanted to contact them now because I need to get some work done and wanted to find out what was the procedure to have it done with the warranty. Imagine my surprise when I went to their website to find a contact number only to find they have a cease and desist order followed by a liquidation from the state of Hawaii!

Am I screwed out of my warranty cost? I'm going to file my name with the website, but I'm guessing my money is gone. Any tips or suggestions?
