2000 F-150 "shutters"

While either driving to a stop or releasing the brakes and let it move on idle power, the truck kinda shutters a bit untill over 5 or 10mph. Some truck owners say it's normal but I don't think so.
What do you think????

mine does that also it comes from the rear end I took it to a personal friend of mine who is also one of the best ford mech. in the area and he said after a test drive that it was the clutch packs in the rear end sticking, he gave me a bottle of conditioner for this and it stopped it starts up once in a while and when it does I put in another they come in 50ml. bottles

there's shuddering? through the steering wheel? if so, it might be warped brake disks.
