How much hp can a 16g support?

I've heard about 300ish but I wanted to know for sure how much hp a 16g can handle. and for sake of argument lets say with 550cc injectors turbo back, fmic, 190, afc, and a logger

That turbo is able to support up to 350hp with all supporting mods.

is that wheel or crank

I'm not sure if thats wheel or crank, but I've read several places thats about the average that you can get out of a 16g. Maybe some others have heard different amounts?

350whp with all supporting mods

320whp or so without cams and intake manifold

Is that for a small, big, or evoIII 16g? SBR put out 400 on a evoIII, but I dont know about any of the other ones.
