intake sounds

ok wheni start my car up of a morning....as soon as i start the engine revs up to about 2000 RPM and then after about 7 secs its goes back to normal and for about 3 mins....the intake filter is really loud u can hear it sucking in air......it onlu does it when its cold tho.....is that normal/

yea that is such a horrible sound i hate it it sounds like metal rubbing that shouldnt b...but yea normal

usualy when its cold any car will do that when its first being started up. it needs air so that the engine can start become warm and perform at optimal temperatures
