i have a 98 malibu and i want to disable the rev-limiter. does anybody know how to do this easily?

I thought you new what a pcm reprogram was, the pcm ( computer that operates the trans, ign and fuel injection) must be reprogrammed to increase or eliminate the rev limter, a dealer can do this but by law cannot, so you now must search out specialty companies to supply the technology for this modification, enough english?
