Do you have Brembo brakes (2003-2005) or the new 2006 Brakes (non-Brembo but with floating calipers) ?

I love my Jag but repairs/maintenance is expensive. A complete brake job on an R averages $2000. BE careful if you go aftermarket as some rotors will rust in a week. I had a garage that does lots of Jag work do my brakes but I had them pick up Jag OEM pads and rotors, so I only saved on the labor, but my brakes are treated and won't rust, worth the money to me.

Check for Jaguar parts on google.com and Jaguar repair shops in a phone book or something.

Well first off f you have an S-Type R, you must be somewhat well off to buy a car that expensive so let's no complain about repair cost :grinyes:
seriously tho, real Brembo stock sized replacements seem to about $450 each for rotors
as far as rusting goes any cast iron brake rotor will rust. this cannot be avoided no matter what
