Just got a Hifonics Titan amp. Any opinions on it? I haven't installed it yet. Its going to be running a Resonant Engineering 12'' SE with it

HiFonics used to put out some of the best amps some time ago. I haven't had the opportunity to listen/try one for a long time, so I don't know if they're still as reliable as they once were. Barring that they've done something stupid, should still be a good amp.

yah, HiFonics used to be one of the best back in the day. They were bought out by Maxxsonic a few years back, same makers of the coveted brand Crunch lol. However, the quality seems to still be there. I'm running a Brutus 1200D amp to two 12" Type Rs and I'm very pleased. Save for a few rattles and needing a bigger box, the sound quality isn't bad. Could be better with a higher end amp, but I'm satisfied.
