The blower for my car stopped working and a friend told me that the blower resistor probably needed to be replaced. The problem is, I can't find where it is, so if somebody could give me a little help in telling me where it is located and how to find it, it would be much appreciated. Thanks alot

Welcome to Af chec06. So the blower doesnt work at all? I dont believe you 93 has a resister. Hav you checked the appropriate fuses and relays?
Their is a heater-Ac module under the dash on the drivers side close to the heater unit.

And if I remember right the blowers not fun to get out either.

Nope, the blower isn't working at all. I've checked all the fuses and they're all good. My uncle, who is a mechanic for GM also said that it was probably the resistor, cause that's what it usually is, but i almost never see or talk to him and i never found out where the resistor located or how to get to it. I have a new resistor that i got from autozone, i just need to find where the part is at in my car so i can replace it.

well you probley wasted you money. First off the resister only pertains to the 1-2 speeds on the blower. If its not working at all on any settings then its probley NOT a resister. The motor most likly is toast!
And I'm still 90% sure that it isnt a resister, you will hav to remove the blower motor anyway and thats where the resister is located on newer GA's, but I'm nut sure if thats where your 93's located.
Also some GA's need to cut the firewall to remove the blower motor assembly. It located on the passanger side under the hood. Good Luck
