94 mx3 with 1.8

I just bought this car and it didnt run when I got it. I determined that it was not getting any spark, so I bought a new distributor and changed it. It then started but still misfires when I drive it. The car is in excellent shape with only 130000 kms on it. I am changing the plugs today. . I think that maybe the timing is off, but even when I go thru the entire range of motion (when I turn the distributor), it still misfires. Does anyone know the firing order of the wires so I can see if I switched one up or something. is there something special I should be doing when I put in the new distributor?
