I saw this thing on ebay and it looked pretty cool, how do you install this thing, do any of you guys have it on your X.

Personally I don't have one but a few guys from my club do and they look great..If I can remember correctly it goes between the third brake light and rear window(inside the truck).Whether it gets stuck onto the window or the third brake light,I don't know..

But it's a vinyl sticker that's black with the word Xterra cut out and covers the third brake light..It does look really cool though.

Supplies Needed: Some cheap black vinyl sticker at your local store

Step 1: Make sure your brake light cover is clean before this mod is done.

Step 2: Cut a piece of vinyl the exact same size of your third brake light. Some brake lights that aren't flat will need to take time tracing.

Step 3: Draw/Trace a design Make sure it is centered

Step 4: Now take your letters or image that you have cutout you wont need them anymore

Step 5: Attach the vinyl to your brake light and install back onto the car..

Step 6 Now admire your work..

My Shrockworks rear bumper/tire carrier blocks the 3rd light because of the spare tire I carry.
