It will be boxed up very well to survive the trip. Sorry I do not know the exsact milage, but the Parts dealer I got the motor from dont waste there time with high milage motors. I would assume it has less then 100k. Motor was pulled from a crashed Contour. You will get what's pictured, sold AS-IS. To the best of my knowledge the head is'nt damaged in any way.
