I had a guy offer me an awesome deal on some 20" wheels & tires - $700.00. He lives next door to my parents and hes had them on his 2001 intrepid for about 6 months and I also have a 2001 intrepid so I know they will fit, but I dont know what I should look for to make sure that there isnt something wrong with them. the tires had decent tred left on them and I didnt notice any chips or dings on them but is there anything else I should look 4?

look in the lug holes to see if there's any unusual wear, if there is it could mean the tires are poorly balanced or the wheels were improperly mounted.

Check the tires for any missing tread blocks or uneven wear.

Look for any chiping of chrome or paint around outside edges and after your have them Never use Power Washers for rims...

True test would be to have the balanced again to make sure they are true and no hidden bends.
