help!!!! transfer case problem

2003 quad cab offroad package 5.7.i got high centered in a hole had to be pulled out an my truck died while i was being pulled an now in 4lo it popps going from park to rev or rev to park.anyone know what it might be. the 4 wheel drive still works

is the trans pan pushed up hitting valvebody or other things in trans

ya might check your shift linkage too, it may have gotten bent keeping the shift arm from fully ingaging reverse or park position.
