my daughter has an 89 mustang lx. She was driving it and it stalled and wouldn't start again. She let it cool down and it started. When it gets warmed up it shuts off. A friend says it doesn't get spart from the coil to the distributor. Any thoughts.

Ignition, heats up and causes an open. Mine did the same thing.
