Which Engine for a 4th Gen Accord

I'm starting to make plans for my swap, but I need to know which is the best/fastest engine to put in my accord.

I'm either going to put an H22 or an H23 in. First question, whats the difference between them. Is one better than the other.

The next Question, what year Prelude H22 do I put in my 92 Honda Accord. Should i put like 94 or 95 or maybe a newer prelude??

the h22 has vtec and the h23 doesnt. but on the other hand the h23 is better to run turbo on if u were thinking about going that far w/the swap

Since the H22 is VTEC, does that mean its faster???

Eventually I want to go with turbo, but thats going to be awhile after the swap.

Whats the difference in HP, and whats the difference in price?? and still what year engine do I want??? is newer year engine better??
