I have used the interior outlets for the past 2 yrs w/o incidence. I have used a coverter as well for a small TV on long trips. Now, if anything is plugged into the outlets the horn sounds will not cut off until the fuse is pulled. How do I fix this problem?

A- The problem is caused by a blown fuse (of all things). Power is backfed to the theft alarm horn once an accessory plug is installed into the outlet. It can also be caused by a coin or something metal falling into your accessory plug outlet.
The fuse is not in any of the standard locations (engine compartment and drivers side kick panel). Rather, it is located behind the drivers side knee bolster near a bunch of relays and is covered by a black cap. The picture below show a generalized location of where the fuse is located (underneath the drivers lower knee dash area). It may be in a slightly different location depending on model, though they are still covered with a cap. Just replace the blown fuse and this should solve your problem.
