Do they sell S15s in canada?Fliquer 06-07-2002, 05:47 PM I was wondering if obtaining a S15 was as easy for me as driving to Canada. I would never buy a car unless I personally inspected it, and that makes it hard for me to get a S15. But if they sell them in CANADA....:D :D :D . If not, does Canada have any other non US-spec silvias? JDMEddie 06-07-2002, 06:14 PM Its "Nissan North America" = Canada same specs J SPEC SilEighty 06-07-2002, 11:30 PM No S15's for the canadians either :( I think that if they were sold in canada then we would be seeing WAY MORE than we see now (which is very close to none) gang$tarr 06-15-2002, 03:16 PM Canada gets all the same cars as the U.S. J SPEC SilEighty 06-16-2002, 04:00 PM Hey gang$tarr, your a bmw guy right? I have a question for you. I was driving my friends 2001 325i and it's got the selectable transmission (not sure what BMW calls it) where you can have auto or the sequential. Well anyways I was driving with it in auto for a while and every time I stepped on the gas there was a ridiculous amount of lag before the engine responded and started revving higher. I mean I would step on the gas and it would take about 3 full seconds before it did anything. I was like "dude there's something wrong with your car" he said that there isn't anything wrong and he's gotten used to it. So then I thought maybe it was just slow since it was in the auto mode so I switched it to sequential thinking it would be better. No difference. Still took about 3 full seconds before the engine even responded at all. Once again I told him that I think something is wrong but he insisted there wasn't. So are all BMW's like this or did he just get a lemon? Thanks gang$tarr 06-17-2002, 08:53 PM He needs to take it to his dealership, that's not right. I have a 5 spd, but that hasn't happened in any other BMWs we've owned vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
