I'm planning on cleaning out my EGR tomorrow on my 93 or 94.

Is this it:

that looks like the windsheild wiper motor.

I'm not certain that the 93-94 had a mecanical EGR or a diaphram one (which can't be cleaned).

93 - 94 Troopers have a diaphram actuated EGR.

That is a windshield wiper motor assembly for a 1998+ rodeo. I wouldn't bother with the cleaning procedure for a <1998 3.2L trooper as the diaphragm actuated EGR systems rarely had any clogging issues like the 1998+ do. If you still want at it, trace the exhaust tube from the pass side exhaust manifold. It will lead you to the EGR valve base.
