I have an r33 gts25t with the following mods
act clutch
3in exhaust
cold air intake
apexi safc
apexi fuel regulator

I'm thinkin of replacing my stock turbo with a t3/t4 which is capable of producing up to 30psi boost. With these modifications, what would be a safe boost level with the sugested aftermarket turbo?
