Programming 2004 Sequoia Transponder Key

I have a 2004 Sequoia and unfortunately lost the keys. I still have a master key and ordered out a blank and had it cut at the local key shop. I have read several procedures to program the new key using the master key, but nothing has worked yet. There are several programming methods listed, but all a little different. Does anyone have a copy of the Toyota .pdf programming information that I keep seeing listed? If anyone does could they email it to me at [email protected]? - Thank you
