Hey guys, I just bought a S13 Hatch and its got a stock KA and its got this screeching sound it makes that starts at around 4000rpm and higher, does anyone know what this can be? Thanks.

i think its a loose pulley or loose pulleys.

I just bought a s13 too. When i shift gears it sounds like the drive line is getting its ass kicked...little scary:eek: ...is this normal?

I think KA S13s are just buzzy like that.

my rx7 used to screech like that. Tighten up or replace the belt. I did that and the screeching stopped...like, 3.50 at autozone

i have same prob but @ about 6000rpm
im thinkin my fanbelt need some replacing
