Remotes

Just a warning...I ordered two remotes from www.thepartsyouneed.com over a month ago. I have not received them yet. The tracking number shows no useful info. I emailed the site and got no response. I called the phone number on the site a couple of times and there was no answer. I waited a week and emailed again. This time I got a response, but there was no apology or explanation or any info at all. They just asked me to check the shipping address. It was correct so I replied back and let them know. That was the last I heard. They charged my credit card immediately, before they supposedly shipped my order, by the way. I'm currently working through my credit card company to get my money back. I'd stay away from that site.
