when i fill my wagon i can smell a strong whiff of gas, while walking around to the rear, anybody know what could be the cause? it does it more noticeably on a full tank.

Had the same issue with 89 camery. it was the fuel vent hose. tried to put a 1/2 in hose on it, but had to get the accual hose from toyota dealer. take a look at it. it sits right next to the fuel fill hose.
