if i go to the tranny stock how can i know the manual sir tranny ?

what i mean if the tranny become in my hand .how can i be sure that its for SIR (B16A)

for exampel i can be sure the tranny for the DX/LX :
i look at the back of the tranny i will find in the hoses a ring like stamp its include 2 parts the above part include letters P20 and second part include letter A000

and i can know the SI/EX tranny : the second part in the ring include letters B000.

so my question is how can i sure that its SIR tranny ? does anyone know ?

assuming you posted in the 92-95 forum, i am assuming you are referring to the b16a sir2 hydro tranny.

the tranny stamp you are looking for is y21. the y21 trany is exactly the same as the 99-00 civic si b16a2 tranny. this tranny is an s4c.
