so i have a 2000 altima with a KA24DE. this engine is also found in some 240SX's. Can a put camshafts for the 240SX KA24DE, in my altima KA24DE. i understand it is the same engine, but is the timing the same, and also is the firing order the same. please help. thanks

Compare the overlap and duration specs of the two engines. Turbo engines can reduce overlap to save fuel and closing the exhaust valves sooner so compression begins earlier is an advantage also. Turbo cams on a NA engine would be a step backward if you are looking to improve performance. Have you researched valve adjustment and what it costs on either engine?
