On my Camry LE 92, this year when the temperature is below freezing the windshield washer pump is not functionning. Although the electrical signal seemed to pass. It happenned two weeks ago when the temp was below freezing. The the day after, with temperature going over the freezing mark, i tried to washed the windshield and that was working pretty well.
Now today the temp is again on the freezing side and the windshield washer does not function again.

The washer liquid is not frozen ( good for -40 deg C) no water in the lines.
When I pushed on the button to energized the pump, I'm hearing a small noise and the ign. light and others in the dashboard are less strong.

Any suggestions?
