how much does it cost to get hydraulic steps to come down when you open the door? and does anyone have any recommendations of certain companies to get it done?

Get ready for more than $1K. They are nice but pricey..... I have yet to see a set with my own eyes as no one I know wants to spend that much.

Vincennes Township Fire Department, here in Knox County Indiana, has them on their 1998 Pierce Quint. But I think that's kind of a different story than the ones for a pickup!
